Most of these photos have been taken with my iPhone but not all.

I forgot I’d taken this but I like it.  Still sorting out Peru, and Amazon, photos.

Nice evening with Nick, Ian, Mark, James and Jan. I’ve known of James for a long time but never met.

Just attended the firework display to celebrate Greenwich becoming a Royal borough. Right royal it was; dead good. Before that a pizza with Crit and Carol at The Hill, where we’ve been three times this week. Recession, what recession?

Learning about The (English) Riots which happened when we were in Ecuador. Written by Gillian Slovo from spoken evidence it puts across all views but clearly many people are angry with ‘nothing to lose’. Worrying.

‘The Two Worlds of Charlie F’ at the Theatre Royal, Haymarket, with almost everyone from the old Gillie theatre group. It was almost like the good old days. Only two performances in London, which meant a star studded audience this evening, the play movingly talks about soldiers experience of being injured in Afghanistan. The fact it’s acted by injured soldiers adds to its authenticity and powerful message.

Going for a walk with Rufus becomes more interesting every day. Because he can’t hear much I use sign language (invented by myself) but I’ve now noticed it has a distance limitation so I now have to run around a bit.
