Just had a hand back meeting at St Ethelburgas and the building next door has been knocked down! Now there is nothing but nice blue sky.

Lovely weekend cycling near the Norfolk Broads. Weather is fabulous and no hill to be seen.

Just thrown away a computer I used 25 years ago at university. Feels sad.

First day working for my brother (www.meadowcraft.co.uk) and on our first delivery I see a Talk to Frank bus. I advised Frank for number of years before the cuts!

My mum will be pleased. Car taxed and MOT’d for another year.

It’s good being back in London.

Our trip to South America sadly comes to an end on a very wet day in Bogotá.  We fly home in an hour.  But what a trip; far, far better than I’d hoped.  Thanks Jan for being a great traveling companion.  Can’t wait now to catch-up with all my friends.

Last day in Peru and I found Paddington Bear! Now back to Colombia and a few days in Cali learning salsa before Bogota and home. Still blogging at www.kingstead.co.uk.

Just spent three days in the Amazon jungle. It involved a three hour fast boat ride down the Amazon river. I can vouch for the fact both are big!

Llama’s are so curious. Just completed a high altitude three day trek (all above 4000 meters). Of our time in South America it was the most authentic. Still blogging at www.kingstead.co.uk.
